Free shipping on orders over $39

$5 express shipping flat rate Auckland wide.

$10 flat shipping outside Auckland.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide an address whereby someone can sign for the package.

We will always attempt to ship a completed order within an estimated 48 hours.

RETURNS

For all full priced items, you may return Products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are unopened and unused.

We do not accept returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom/special orders.

To return an item, please email us and you will be provided with the return shipping address for your order.

Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your entitlement.

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the purchaser’s account or credit card.

The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
